Ace takes flight

Ace takes flight

Eleven-year-old Ace Wells's dream has finally come true: he is a new cadet in the B.E.S.T. (Biological Enhancement Systems Technology) Program. Until now, he's been living in the shadow of his superstar brother -- aka the fastest kid in the world. Ace wants to change the world with SuperSoar wings, but on day one, nothing goes as planned. The elevator AI tries to eat his belongings, and the physical feats set by his tough-nut coach are impossible. On top of it all, his roommates are too cool. Breaking into this friend group won't be easy, but tenacious Ace will not give up. Tensions build on the skyscraper campus as an undercurrent of suspicion leads to troubling questions. Ace discovers that in reaching sky-high for his dreams, he's risking a disastrous plummet to rock bottom. Is flying high worth losing everything? You bet it is.
